What the fire reveal does

Flames start at the bottom of your logo and climb until the whole shape is burning. Then the fire dies down and the surface cools into metal, so the clip opens with energy and ends on a solid, steady logo. A faint warm haze stays behind it after the flames are gone.

Controlling the flames

  • Heat is the intensity slider: higher means taller flames and stronger firelight on the logo; lower gives a gentler burn.
  • Primary colour sets the colour of the flames. The default orange is a natural fire; push it towards red for a darker burn, or try an unnatural colour for a stylised effect.
  • Keep original colours: with up to 16 flat colours, the cooled logo returns to your own colours instead of plain metal.
  • Background: near-black, the default, lets the firelight read.

Exporting a fire intro

The burn is the show, so 6 seconds gives the flames time to rise and die down. For a Shorts or Reels opener, switch to 9:16 before export so the logo is framed for vertical. Flames move quickly, and 60 fps captures them more smoothly than 24.

If you are on Pro and thinking of a transparent PNG ZIP, keep in mind that glow is left out of transparent exports; the MP4 keeps the firelight intact.

Fire Logo Reveal: questions

Does the fire stay on the logo?

No. The flames die down and the logo is left as cooled metal, so the end of the clip is calm and easy to cut from.

Can I make the flames bigger?

Yes. Raise Heat. It makes the flames taller and the firelight on the logo stronger.

Can the flames be blue or green?

Yes. Primary colour sets the flame colour, so any colour you pick becomes the fire.

What background works best?

A dark one. The flames and firelight are the main event, and they show up best on near-black, which is the default.
