Privacy Policy

The short version

• Your logos never leave your browser. We do not upload, store or see them.
• There are no user accounts.
• No ads, no tracking cookies, no fingerprinting, and we never sell your data.
• The few outside services we rely on are listed below, with what they receive.

This policy covers lunebit.com and every Lunebit tool, including the Logo Intro Maker. "We" and "us" mean Lunebit.

Your logos and settings

When you drop a logo into a tool, it is read and processed in your browser, on your own device. The live preview and the exported video are rendered there too. Your logo is not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and there is no server-side queue.

Licence keys

If you buy a licence, the key is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so you do not have to paste it again. To confirm it is valid, the tool checks it against Polar's public licence API (api.polar.sh) at most about once a week. If you are offline, the key keeps working for up to 7 days between checks. During a check, Polar receives the key and the normal data any web request carries, such as your IP address.

You can remove the saved key at any time with Forget saved key in the tool, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Payments

Checkout is run by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar collects the details needed to take your payment, work out sales tax or VAT, and send your receipt and licence key, and it handles them under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your full card details. We can see the order details Polar makes available to sellers, such as your email address and what you bought, and we use them only to support your order and handle refunds.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors; we see totals such as how many people visited a page. It is the only analytics on the site.

Links in our own posts carry a campaign tag in the address, such as utm_source=youtube. While you browse from such a link, the tag is added to our links and to the checkout link, and Polar keeps it with the checkout, so we can see which post led to a sale. The tag names the post, not you, and it is not stored in your browser.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the normal data your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Emails to support

If you write to support@lunebit.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to answer you and to handle your order or refund.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
• We do not show ads or use advertising or tracking cookies.
• We do not fingerprint your device or follow you across other sites.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Email us and we will help. For payment data held by Polar, you can contact Polar directly or ask us to pass on your request.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, for example by adding a new outside service, we will update this page first. The "last updated" date shows when it last changed.
